Each month from April to October, the Sacramento Valley Garden Railway Society holds general meetings in members’ homes.  These meetings are generally on the second Saturday of the month from 11A to 1P, unless the hosts choose another day. This also provides some time after the meeting for open houses in the same vicinity.

There are no general meetings in November, January, or February as the weather is too unpredictable for outdoor events.  In November we have indoor set ups for the modular groups.  In December we hold an election meeting in the odd years.  In January, the Club has its annual Luncheon/Banquet and swap meet.   We don’t usually have a meeting in February, but often hold clinics and workshops. 

The Board of the Sacramento Valley Garden Railroad Society meets on the second Thursday of each odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September, November).  The Board may meet at other times as necessary.
