Events are not regular club meetings. The banquet and the summer picnic are in place of the member meetings at home layouts or open houses. The modular group meets several times a year at various locations to set up and run members' trains. They are an opportunity for members without home layouts to run their trains, and to aquaint the general public with garden railroading.
Keep up with the Sacramento ValleyGarden Railway Society's events. Plan to attend a club event, meet some members. Maybe you'd like to become a member, too.
These are not ALL the Club's events. But over the last several years, these are the most regular. Others may occur and will be included here and announced on the Yahoo list.
